Contactless Cash Withdrawal

Innovation Salzburg interviewed SBS Managing Director Wolfgang Braunwieser on the topic of digitalization. The focus was on "contactless cash withdrawal at ATMs". SBS was the first company to receive certification from Mastercard and Visa for the use of NFC technology at ATMs. The NFC enabled ATM solution developed by SBS is already in use in Austria and allows NFC enabled cell phones and cards to be used for cash withdrawals or other transactions at self-service machines.
