In 1994, SBS decided to have its in-house quality management system (QMS) certified to ISO 9001. While only a handful of companies held this certification back then, an ISO 9001 certificate is now considered a standard qualification for any company.
Our customers benefit from the improvement measures that SBS's quality management system has produced over the years, and it's also our customers who, based on SBS's robust organization, have placed their trust in us for many years — for which we are very grateful.
In 2014, SBS was honored in a formal ceremony with the "20 Years Certified by Quality Austria" award.
In 2021, the quality management of SBS and all its subsidiaries was certified again. The QMS used by SBS Software Ges.m.b.H., headquartered in Salzburg, Salzburger Banken Software GmbH, headquartered in Munich, and Salzburger Banken Software Schweiz GmbH meets the requirements and has now been certified by Quality Austria according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
